When the Journey Feels Heavy
These are some of the common experiences that bring individuals and couples to fertility counselling.
If even one of these feels close to what you are carrying, support can help you slow down, breathe, and find steadier ground.
Areas of Support
Fertility support is not only about coping better. It is about having a space where the emotional, relational, and physical weight of the journey can be understood with care.
Hold the stress of waiting, timing, disappointment, and not knowing what comes next.
Navigate the emotional demands of appointments, procedures, hormonal changes, and treatment cycles.
Process miscarriage, failed cycles, or pregnancy loss in a space that does not rush your grief.
Make sense of difficult choices around treatment, egg freezing, fertility preservation, or possible next steps.
Support both partners when coping styles differ, communication feels harder, or the process starts to create distance.
Learn tools to steady your nervous system during high-stress periods, waiting windows, and moments of overwhelm.
Work through the loneliness, envy, guilt, or quiet ache that can come up when others seem to be moving forward.
Find ways to feel less controlled by the process, and more connected to your own values, needs, and inner steadiness.
Our Approach
Our work is grounded in a trauma-informed, relational, and integrative approach, drawing from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), and somatic body-based work.
Together, we create space to process grief, uncertainty, disappointment, and difficult decisions at a pace that feels safe. Where helpful, we also support nervous system regulation, clearer communication, and a steadier connection to yourself and each other through the fertility journey.
Alongside professional training, this space is held with lived sensitivity to fertility treatment and pregnancy loss — while always keeping the focus on your unique experience, needs, and pace.

What to Expect
From your first enquiry to ongoing support, the process is collaborative, paced, and shaped around where you are.
A free 15-minute call to understand what you are facing, answer your questions, and see whether this support feels like the right fit.
We begin by understanding your fertility journey so far — what has happened, what feels hardest right now, and what kind of support you need.
Together, we identify what would be most helpful — emotional processing, nervous system regulation, communication tools, grief support, or decision-making clarity.
Session by session, we create space for what is unfolding — whether you are in treatment, waiting, grieving, deciding, or trying to reconnect with yourself and your partner.
First consultation is complimentary — no commitment required.
