Our Practice

A different kind of therapy practice

At The Counselling Collab, we believe healing happens when we honour the whole person — mind, body and story. We weave evidence-based psychotherapy with gentle, body-oriented practices to create something truly integrative.

Nestled in the heart of Raffles Place, our space is intentionally calm and welcoming — a sanctuary from the pace of city life, where your wellbeing comes first.

Scarlette Yuen

Principal Therapist & Founder

"I believe everyone deserves a space where they feel genuinely seen, understood, and supported — exactly as they are."

Scarlette brings both an international perspective and a warm, grounding presence to her work. Born in Hong Kong and having lived in London, Geneva, the US and Singapore, she offers a culturally attuned style that honours the full richness of her clients' backgrounds.

Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin, she has a rare sensitivity to how culture shapes the way we experience and express our emotions.

Before transitioning to counselling in 2021, Scarlette spent seven years in banking — a journey that deepened her understanding of burnout, identity, and the courage it takes to change. Today, she brings both professional rigour and genuine personal empathy to every client she works with.

Outside the therapy room, she's a dedicated ballroom dancer and yoga practitioner. Movement, creativity, and presence aren't just hobbies — they're woven into the heart of how she supports healing.
