You Are Not Alone
These are some of the most common experiences that bring couples to therapy.
You feel like you're talking at each other, not with each other
The same arguments keep happening, never getting resolved
There's emotional or physical distance you don't know how to bridge
Trust has been broken and you're unsure if it can be repaired
You love each other but feel more like roommates than partners
A major life change has created unexpected strain on your relationship
If you nodded at even one of these — therapy can help.
Areas of Support
From communication breakdowns to rebuilding after betrayal — our approach is tailored to where you are right now.
Learn to truly hear each other and express needs without triggering defensiveness.
Navigate infidelity, secrecy, or broken promises and chart a path toward genuine repair.
Rekindle emotional and physical closeness that may have faded over time.
Move from damaging cycles to constructive conversations that bring you closer.
Build a strong foundation before marriage with aligned values, expectations and communication tools.
Navigate parenthood, career shifts, loss, or cultural differences together rather than apart.
When the path forward is apart, we support both partners with dignity and compassion.
Create a unified home environment while honouring the complexities of a blended family.
Our Approach
Our work is grounded in Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy (EFCT), an attachment-based approach that looks beneath conflict to the deeper patterns shaping your relationship. We explore how cycles of conflict often stem from unmet attachment needs and underlying fears — rather than seeing either partner as the problem.
By working with emotions, we slow things down and create enough safety for vulnerability to emerge. In this space, new ways of reaching and responding can take shape — allowing for deeper understanding, repair, and meaningful emotional shifts over time.
Alongside EFCT, we draw on additional training in the Gottman Method where helpful, offering practical support between sessions.

"We came in broken. We left with a new language for each other."

"We came in on the verge of giving up. After six months, we have a completely different relationship — not perfect, but genuinely connected again. Scarlette helped us stop fighting about symptoms and start understanding each other."
"We did pre-marital counselling and I'm so glad we did. We uncovered patterns and assumptions we didn't even know we had. We went into our marriage with tools we actually use every week."
"After my husband's affair, I didn't think we'd recover. The process was hard, but it was worth it. We feel closer now than we did before it happened. The level of care here is unlike anything we'd experienced."
